I questioned why after 3 days not even the shipping label had not been made up. I started a "cancel this order" but did not submit it. I looked at the original posting, it said 5-day lead. I sent a message to apologize. Refund given for cancellation of the order. I would buy from this seller again. I need to keep in mind the 5-day lead time. My bad.
