They contacted me about the order/shipping detail and it was there a week later! 5 star service! Product was shipped in original box and done well and prompt! Things don't always go perfect but the took care of this customer and made it great!

The customer service was responsive to my initial request for help. They tried to resolve the problem by offering to have me shipped back the lamps for a full refund. I ended up Declining that offer because I do like the lamps just not the color. I decided to spray paint the lamps, dark bronze.
