All the items are as pictured although the descriptions of the items are usually not in detail. Packaging is very good and there have not been any problems. The way they handle shipping fee is a bit different from other sellers. They charge the shipping fee as close to the actual shipping cost as possible. This means they don't know how much the shipping fee is until they ship.
