The Blu-ray/DVD release of this film brings Disney's original animation to a new level of vivid color and stunning detail. This children's film, directed by Gary Trousdale and Kirk Wise, is truly a classic tale. At just 84 minutes in length, this G-rated movie tells a story viewers can enjoy again and again. This "Beauty and the Beast" Diamond Edition includes three different versions of the film, audio commentary and Disney song along mode. The Blu-ray/DVD also has several bonus features such as deleted scenes, an alternate opening, and games. "Beauty and the Beast" is the only animated film to receive a Best Picture Oscar nomination, and makes a wonderful addition to any family film collection.
