Inside of item there were lots of colored paint and dirt. This was not shown in a photo -I did not ask about the inside. For the price I paid , I still believe I received a good deal. I will have to clean the inside and paint in a solid color i purchased this for the photo on the front & back of the can, not the inside, so not a big deal.
