Yes, the treats were "expired" (and CLEARLY noted as such, thank you!), but really -- the cookies are well packaged and sealed - shipped with care - not a one broke - and we can't find these excellent "mint oreos" treats in the off-season. Highly recommend this seller for quality, honesty, fast shipping, and making my mini-sheepadoodle wag with delight when the package arrived! (p.s. these cookies are yummy to us humans, too. Don't ask how we know :))!
