The customer service was pretty quick to respond to my questions and helped me figure out exactly where my purchase was. My boyfriend got to use them today, he said that they are a good weight and he loves the pliers and said they have great weight to them. The condition was new and great value for money, the appearance was just as pictured, great.

Shipping took about two weeks to my home in the US, if anyone is interested....so didn't take that long considering US customs delays the item more than the seller. Very high quality though with good hooks...gonna catch me a monster peacock hopefully! Thanks much to the seller, who has exceptional email response time too!!
