He paid $13.95 FOR TWO WIND CHIMES AND I WAS CHARGER $16.99 PER WIND CHIME. Amazon was notified and they told me of his transaction. I would like a refund of $16.99. Beware of this seller as he/she double dips and charges twice as advertised on ebay.
