Item arrived as scheduled, package could be better (all memory sticks were just stacked on each other and bubble wrapped) I would prefer to receive each stick in separate static bag or some kind of holder. It’s frustrating to receive the wrong item but they were instantly responsive and offered to make it right. I sent the product back for a full refund. I appreciate the responsiveness and honesty from this seller when things went wrong.
