She went above and beyond by including two small, scented votive candles with the (not particularly expensive) item that I had purchased. I contacted them late at night asking if they could ship quickly if I were to purchase an item (so that it could have a chance at arriving in time for Christmas). The seller responded promptly, packaged it that night, and shipped first thing in the morning. The item arrived in time for Christmas and very carefully packaged. (It is fragile).
