The item was as described, with the proper finish. Only the escutcheon trim, had a minor flaw in it. I found this exact item, in a different finish, for much less, & free shipping. Still better value than buying it new.

Very happy with the purchase as it was exactly as described. The shipping was not the fault of the seller- USPS is really struggling lately.
