I started a claim with eBay which I prevailed (thank you eBay!). The seller kept contacting me with, “the statue is on its way” and “a small mix up”. In hind site it’s obvious the seller was attempting to keep me from filing a claim with eBay before the deadline.

A full month passed with no shipment or refund, and they stopped replying altogether. Thankfully, eBay refunded me in full. Avoid this seller.
