Apologizing, and offered to send a new figure. Second figure arrived today. 0 issues. They made good on the purchase. Not everybody on here is so honest and responsive. The only thing I didn’t like was it told me to refer to the pics and there was none. I shot a message and was never answered. I took a chance and the items were as mentioned.
