Initially I paid with the wrong card (my fault) and the seller accepted the cancellation very quickly. I then purchased the item again, only to realise the item description was incorrect. It was advertised as a "C920s" model in the overall description, but the box in the photographs clearly show it is the "C920" model. Again, the seller accepted the cancellation very quickly, so thank you & sorry for the aggravation :(

It was excellent value when you consider how much these ZBooks cost new. Seller shipped promptly, well packaged and the laptop is exactly as described- in perfect technical and cosmetic form.
