Seller was rude, accusatory, and refused to resolve the issue properly—treated me like a problem instead of a customer. Ignored messages, failed to provide a return label, and forced me to rely on eBay support for a refund. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience. The customer lives in Brazil, despite having a shipping address in Florida. The cards were shipped to Florida to some warehouse to avoid customs. The item I "SUPPOSEDLY" sent was a Garmin GPS unit. I never owned one. It was obviously switched out at the warehouse.
