Charging via the other USB-C results in the laptop getting *very* hot even when sleeping. It is hard to believe that these faults were not known, and the battery heat is excessive as to be dangerous. Return and refund was accepted, but it should never have been sold as working in this state.

And dispatched and delivered very quickly, would have no issues dealing with this seller again with confidence... Small issue with the item that was promptly addressed and corrected by good communication between the seller and myself . Last thing, seller was open to offers as described in the listing, and accepted my first offer, so all in all, a good experience....

Initial delivery had unexplained delay and was deferred to next day when delivery then failed due to 'vehicle breakdown', subsequent next day attempt arrived one and a half hours after delivery window, all this interspersed with contradictory emails and tracking detail. Seller great; DHL absolute rubbish!
