However the power cord included was not the right one: the Cisco power cord have a notch on the side interfacing with the power supply. The one shipped (a generic power cord) with the switch didn't so I couldn't use the switch until I bought a Cisco one. Once powered on and configured, it runs fine. Thanks! Charles
