So I guess their Wiltons are worth a recommend! Shipping was fast, about a week. Standard auction violin packaging, I have ordered many Yitas, all have arrived fine, this one did too. There was confusion about the violin pictures but the seller answered questions and I got the one I wanted. Excellent for it's price, again.

It arrived faster than expected, well packaged, no damage. All was as pictured/described. Seller responded very quickly to emails. Seller included fine tuners for free (i asked for them) and did a nice job fitting the Aubert bridge to the instrument. The sound post stayed in place during shipping. The seller acknowledged the mistake, took full responsibility, and promptly issued a full refund. However, the violin I received had visible damage and quality issues, including embedded dirt in the varnish and scratches. Despite this, the seller s customer service was excellent, and they handled everything professionally.
