They shipped in shrink wrap, which can't be reused to ship this junk paperweight back. They wasted my time and my effort not only purchasing this item, but now I have to pack it up and drop it off??? I don't have time for this!! Situation reversed, I would have issued a full refund and allow the buyer to toss the non-working item in the GARBAGE.
