This went back & forth, & customer kept complaining about not receiving item, not accepting the situation. I suggested waiting, as there was no other choice. At the end, it started to get bitter, so I refunded customer & put him on a no buy list from my store. Simply out of revenge he gave me a negative feedback. Not fair, and plain vindictive,

Item very well packaged in the envelope/package. This means that the product will not be bent or lost by a broken or torn envelope/package during transport.
