    The device is new however the battery was dead , i had to order another old similar device to take its battery and charger. Also the device is not complete the key code reading is missing , as of now i cannot use it . I didn't initiate to return it because i was waiting for the strips to come ,only when i received them i realized that the key code reader is missing , too late to return.

    I'm not sure why the buyer would say that about the battery. This was clearly stated in the item description. This is copied directly from the item description: "The battery date is 2017. The battery will not work and will not charge. You will need to get a new battery pack before this will work. I’m including the battery but just want to make sure the buyer understands they will need to purchase a new battery and the included battery can’t be charged or used."
