The item was never received because UPS lost it in transit !! Seller handled the problem well, sent me a replacement with minimal fuss for me. Replacement arrived without damage. So on the one hand the initial sloppy packaging was bad, but the customer friendliness and communication was very good and I got what I wanted in the end.
