The seller ships promptly and packaging while not great is adequate- no broken tubes ever(dozen+. Lots purchased) I saw people comment about bad communication and that has not been my experience- I once received the incorrect lot and the seller sent me the right one immediately and let me keep the mistake. I have no complaints and remain a happy satisfied buyer!

I was not allowed to contact the seller with respect to an issue with this lot to resolve it. The tubes were shipped quickly and were well packed. But 2 of the tubes are some other number than the 6BG6GA as listed. There was no type number, and the internals are different than any mfg, design for 6BG6GA. Since I cannot contact the seller about this, I have no idea how he would respond!
