Then we checked the battery connections and they were all loose. We tightened everything up and it's been working great ever since! We absolutely love it.

Reached out to seller with photos, the first said no problem they would send out a new part to replace the broken bracket. Never heard back so i reached out again, and the seller wanted me to give them my personal information. Still have not received the broken part replacement. Other than that the chair is fantastic and works amazing. just have to be careful with the left leg brace due to the broken bracket.

If no for minor wear on one small wheel this refurbished electric dolly could easily pass as new. This should be described as like new. Shipping was fast and in original box. GreatCircleUSA is an excellent seller on ebay. I dropped them a note that it would be a few weeks before I opened the box. The responded within 24 hours and said no problem.
