More specific details would have been appreciated. Packaging I would rate as POOR. A thin grey plastic envelope doesn't protect hardbacks from getting dented in transit (mine had some bumps), and when the bag tears open en route (as mine did), doesn't provide any protection at all!

Comms are excellent and they respond quickly and make a real effort to resolve issues. Pricing is good and descriptions accurate and fair. Postage is free so there won't be any extra packing but I've never had a problem with items damaged in transit.
