I sent it back. Then I asked if she had sent the correct item - she said it was all wrapped and ready to send. But then she refunded the price of item I ordered but not the shipping. I am out the item, and the shipping. This was such a hassle for a lousy $10 Talbots turtleneck. Bad experience. Obviously not on the up and up. Disappointed. I'll take care of that right away. #2. eBay would not let me exchange the item, They insisted I refund the item, relist it & have you re-buy the correct item. It took so long for you to ship it back I figured you didn't want the other item. But all this started with me sending you black instead of grey. My most humble apologies for that.
