Came as shown with the model and base needed some cleaning, since there was some dust and residue buildups in certain locations. The package came within a few days of buying and was neatly packed. It came with its box. The box had a little tear in one spot but it wasn't a huge deal overall. The most important part is that it arrived with no damage or degradation. Imbecile” I want to return my purchase but I don’t want any communication with this ungrateful, unprofessional and disrespectful seller!
