Well packaged and delivered inside 24 hrs. I highly recommend this product. The extra length of 15 meters is useful allowing location of the power washer away from the work area . Good value for money.

It feels much more flexible than the original and even better compared to the extension hose I have from karcher themselves which is awful to use. I always hated using the karcher extension as I held my breath when moving around my car in case the loops flipped and hit my precious motor. Keep up the good work Direct Hoses. Highly recommended.

Far easier in use over the original hose though don't think it will last so long. Thought the despatch was slow but vitrually overnight delivery made up for it.
