Went from in state purchase in MO at Kansas City distribution to Arizona and then back again. We are 60 miles from Kansas City. Shipping label filled out correctly and legible. USPS is totally inept. Not the sellers fault. Ebay better start putting some pressure on USPS or whoever runs them. I will no longer order if shipping is by USPS. 3rd order this has occurred. Price was reasonable given the printing expense of a thick manual, Print quality, binding, and content were superb. Highly recommend to anyone as a primer before taking the NRA RSO Course. I would have liked the option to pay a little more, for faster shipping, but as I understand it, it is not the seller that was slow to ship, it was the USPS that was the slow part of the shipping. 5 stars to this seller
