My order did arrive 3 days later than expected, but the seller was quick to respond to questions when prompted, and provided updates when asked. I have to give 4 stars overall, though, because of how unnecessarily frustrating it was to deal with eBay's ESUS service, not anything the seller did. I hope the seller will consider offering customers the option to pay for USPS Ground shipping directly. If it meant not having to deal with ESUS again, l'd be happy to pay for it!
