I waited for a few weeks with no movement so I called UPS for guidance. They told me to tell the seller to file a lost item claim. I messaged seller, but did not request a refund. As a long time ebay seller and buyer, I know how frustrating it is to lose an item even though it's no one's fault, and times are tough so I was willing to eat the cost. Seller issued a refund and I'm very grateful! A+++++ would recommend.
