    It took a month to arrive, The seller already had informed that there was an "Issue ". When it arrived it was clear which "Issue" it was. There were None of the 50 screws included. Neither the Power on Cord. Therefore now I will have to be spending hours to find the correct screws and knowing that only half of the package arrived. -The metal frame did arrive - As handy as an Ikea closet without screws. Contacted seller, gave a week to respond, no answer, that shows enough.

    I received this heater at the beginning of February and discovered it was faulty in several ways. I immediately contacted the seller and requested to return the item and get a refund. During a number of communications every week with the seller, he is delaying making any attempt to give me a refund. I told the seller I would be complaining to eBay concerning his conduct. I appeal to eBay to contact this seller to resolve this situation as soon as possible.

    ***buyers beware*** Should not have trusted a seller with nearly a 10% reduction in positive review status. Item description clearly states that product code is for TS5.224. Once open, and inspected it is clear for anyone with half a brain cell that what has been supplied is in fact TS4.224. I specifically chose this seller as the only seller at the time claiming to supply TS5.224. Having had enouph time wasted, I'll put it down to another 'donation' to the ebay 'rip off' experience 👎
