Sent the seller photo of the damage which they refuse to acknowledge - some of the screw holes were also rusty which is not what I'd expected for a new item. Equipment is manufactured to a poor standard. There is no mention of this in the product details. I contacted the seller who claimed that eBay would refund these charges, I have contacted eBay and they state the import duties are my responsibility . The seller is now not communicating with me.
