No scratches, no bumps, and no issues whatsoever so far. The battery doesn’t last long when running on high wattage but this is an issue with every ROG Ally, not just this particular one. I recommend getting the battery expansion mod, just make sure to do your research regarding heat with the larger battery. That or get a good battery bank. Overall, a great buy for an amazing price. Highly recommended.

The included charger also does not charge the device. Other chargers work just fine but the included charger does not work with the device. I would say getting it used is fine but it does not work like a new unit would. Save your money.

My only issue was with delivery but that’s on usps as they didn’t update their tracking properly and then sent the package to a facility 10 minutes from me and then back to the edge of the state to two facilities two hours away and then back to the same facility 10 minutes away and then to my post office. Don’t recommend usps at all but will definitely recommend this seller. Checked the charge cycles and charge capacity and it was as described. I faced charging issues at the start however seller was very responsive and helped me troubleshoot issues. He even offered me to refund it in case of any issues. However with his help, I managed to get past the issues. Great seller!
