They quickly granted permission, but it was extra effort to contact them and then place a 2nd order. Other than that, I’m very satisfied and happy with my purchase. Packaging was done with bubble wrap and paper all around the cooler. Small items like screws were also packaged well in small boxes to prevent them from being lost in the process of shipping. Description matches it exactly. I would have believed it was new and not refurbished - excellent.
