The words “ear missing” was added to the condition but not even visible in the mobile app. Seller insists they were diligent in reporting the damage and wanted me to pay for the return. I was ok with that, but they wouldn’t give the full refund - only the price for the item leaving me to pay for shipping both ways and have nothing.
