    The item was well packed and exactly as described. I think the seller may have drop-shipped it because the delivery time wasn't even close to what was promised (12/21, in time for Christmas). I received it a week later because it was actually shipped on the day (12/21) delivery was promised! Tracking was worthless! I'll be generous and give them a "neutral" because it was a nice item, and I don't like giving a negative rating unless a seller intends to deceive, which this seller did not.
