The 17th came no delivery and at this point I have scratches on the back of my 22 Ultra once immaculate. Order came the 21st feels slippery & no screen protector when advertised with one & reason I buy.

No notice before shipping offering refund or other color options. Just sent whatever they wanted. They are slow responding. When they do it is one word to minimal answers that resolve nothing. I was willing to accept a partial refund and use what I could. They wanted me to send back. No clear answer on who was paying shipping. Costs more to ship than the price.
