I got the one with two pieces as an extra shield, but unfortunately I have a very smart cat that was very intent on getting into the TP. My cat would claw behind the plastic and rip it up that way. I kept it on a week to see if my cat would get frustrated and stop, but it only appeared to make her more desperate get at the TP!
