Item says delivered but it’s not my address per tracking number. I messaged seller and was told they would look into it. 4 days later no response. I can not open a return because they don’t offer returns and since item says delivered can’t open a claim.

Based on tracking information, the item was not shipped until I entered a complaint with eBay after the delivery time had passed (which seemed very long for an item coming from within the US to begin with) and only the shipping label was created, but the shopper had not received the item yet.
