For starters, the watch was in better shape than I expected (even after the listing managed expectations). It arrived quickly and perfectly packaged. After a few days it transpired that the watch needed a minor service. The seller gave me the option to either send it back and he would have it serviced at no charge, or for me to have it serviced locally and he would refund me the cost.
