The phone is brand new, and works perfectly fine with my GSM sim. It's been 1 week and battery life seems to be very good with moderate use. I recommend buying a case and screen protector right away to protect this glass beast of a device. Despite being a 2019 device, it's well updated and still keeps up in 2025. Amazing communication with the seller too! I definitely recommend the purchase, and the seller! ^-^

It's a very good quality phone plus it is red in color which is rare here. The seller was very willing to rectify any issues I had and the package came in early. The communication was a little slow at times but, be patient; they always responded. Contact the seller and be patient if you have an issue. I was able to resolve the issue and am now happy with my purchase. And yes, I did in fact receive a brand new sealed in the box phone, no issues there at all. In the end I am happy and it was a positive experience. Give the seller a chance.
