I only received an update after I messaged the seller. I then left a negative review and the seller put the package in the mail. Then the seller suggested that they could stop shipment on my boots if I preferred that. I did get the boots and they were as advertised and fit well however, I did not appreciate the soft threat to cancel shipment on my boots. I’m sure this is the one off experience, but iI will think twice next time

I contacted the seller this morning (at 5:30am!) with notice of a slight defect in the most recent product received and had a response within an hour that a replacement would be on its way.
