The customer service was excellent and it shipped very rapidly and I got it here in Costa Rica in a little over a week. As for the hat, the workmanship is excellent and I will wear this hat for the rest of my life. But you won't go wrong by dealing with Retro Roots Headwear. She responds promptly and is extrememly polite and helpful. I am already planning to buy more hats from her as soon as possible. And what a selection!!
