They said the wig was bleached and obviously it is not. This place advertises bleached wigs and know the difference. They say they asked their stylist and he said it was bleached and he lied also. They also lied bout the tariff charges. They are scammers and sell only cheap quality. Once again, my only issue, is that the two tracks sewn on the actual cap underneath it, are a bit too close to the front of the wig. Please move them back a little. Other than that, I love this unit! The color blend was a little different than the picture, but I still like it very much, and appreciate the vendor, who is a great communicator, showing photos beforehand. I do like that there was no harsh ombre color line, too.
