All items were new and the appearance looked like a quality item. He also combined shipped to cut the shipping cost for me after I contacted me. However I wish this company would use an other shipping company other than Global shipping through Ebay. From the time the item was ordered I received it exactly 30 days later. I do live in Canada and that's where the item was shipped too, however I do feel it would have received it within 2 weeks if USPS was used. I understand this is not the company's fault. From now on I will order directly through the company rather than ordering through EBAY.
