Item arrive in good condition, and clean, well packed for shipping. The one issue i have is that I wasn't aware of how out of date the drivers are, with no further support from Fujitsu. I've tried to install on two computer with no luck. The scanner like you rightly said was fully refurbished and in great condition. We do our job very well. We deserve a 5-star positive.
