Seller confirmed that they would provide either a discount if the item was not damaged, or a full refund if it was. It was not damaged, but as I went to install it I realized I ordered the wrong kind of part. I let the seller know, and they kindly refunded my money and said I didn't need to return the part. Excellent customer service!
