The seller was great. Responded to my message very promptly, sent me a prepaid returns link, and all was good.

Really fast delivery of items but unfortunately some of the cups were broken and crumpled on arrival. This could easily have been down to damage in transit. I emailed the company with a couple of photos of damage and the very next day 100 extra cups arrived to replace the damaged ones. Excellent customer service. This seller resolved an issue promptly and more than fairly. Thank you
