Roy, the proprietor of this business actually took the time out of his day to contact me by phone to advise me i had goofed and ordered an incorrect parts for my car as they would not fit.He immediately refunded my money, and left it to me whether I wished to order replacement parts which were more costly. A thoroughly decent chap who was a delight to have a conversation with. Guess from whom I'll be ordering parts from in the future where he has them available?

It was also adequately packaged. Shipping time, however, could have been a lot better. It was several days between my paying for the auction and the piece making it to the shipper. It was then about three weeks before it arrived. You placed an order on a Sunday afternoon 4th May, Monday 5th was a bank holiday in the UK every where is closed. Your item was dispatched on the first available day which was Tuesday 6th. No delay here.It arrived at the ebay GSP centre on the 7th i believe. The delay was the courier in the USA who ebay use.We have no control over shipping companies especially when it's in another country. I hope this clears up your misunderstanding.
